Jackson State University Athletics is a recipient of the Women Leaders in College Sports HBCU Institutional Scholarship.

Women Leaders in College Sports is the premier leadership organization that develops, connects, and advances women working in college sports and beyond. Among its objectives, it provides career and leadership training, access to a powerful network, and resources to advance women at every stage of their careers. 

The scholarship provides six memberships to Women Leaders In College Sports for selected JSU athletics staff. Career-growth elements include access to year-round leadership programs and education on industry trends that will elevate performance, growth and advancement.
