MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Jackson State men's tennis fell to the Alabama State Hornets in a rematch of the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) championship on Sunday morning.
With the Hornets winning the first match in doubles competition, the Tigers fired back with a win of their own as
Federico Pickenstainer and
Jhoan Vaquero defeated their opponents 6-4 at number three. The Hornets sealed the deal on court two to win the doubles point.
Seniors
Gokalp Ayar and Vaquero won their first sets 6-2 and 6-1, respectively, before the Tigers dropped their third singles match.
