Is there an increase in season tickets this season?
No, there is not an increase in the cost of season tickets. However, a $10 donation is included with the 2025 season ticket package. This donation will directly support the Sonic Boom of the South and assist with the NIL infrastructure for the Division of Athletics.
Where does the donation go from the ticket sales?
The $10 donation will support key initiatives in Athletics such as: the Sonic Boom of the South and the NIL efforts of the athletic department.
How many season tickets do I have to purchase in order to get a parking pass?
Fans must purchase at least two (2) season tickets to qualify for one parking pass during the 2025 season.
Does Jackson State accept third-party tickets?
No. Jackson State will not accept third party tickets, only tickets sold by Jackson State and Impact Tickets,

How do I get my tickets when I purchase them online?
When purchasing tickets online, they will be available for download. Once downloaded, tickets can be added to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or stored on your Android device for convenient scanning at the gates of Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium. (Please see the video for detailed instructions.)

Where can season tickets be purchased?
Season tickets can be purchased through the following methods:

- By Phone - Lee E. Williams Athletic and Assembly Center - (601) 979-0845 | Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium - (601) 354-6021
- In-person: Visit the ticket offices either at the Lee E. Williams Athletic and Assembly Center or Mississippi Veterans Stadium. Ticket Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Are youth tickets available?
Youth tickets are ONLY available as a season pass with limited availability.. The $10 donation is still required for youth season passes. Individual game youth tickets will not be available.
Are MHSAA passes accepted?
MHSAA passes will be accepted for the following games:
- Hampton University
- Tuskegee University
- Bethune-Cookman University
MHSAA passes will not be accepted for the following games:
- Alabama State University (Homecoming)
- Alcorn State University
Can parking passes be purchased on game day?
NO parking passes will be sold on gameday.
Will parking passes be available for purchase online?
The only parking passes available for purchase online are General Season Parking. All other parking passes will be sold in-house at the ticket offices.
How can I renew my season tickets?
A reservation link will be available starting January 31 to reserve or renew your season tickets.
Season tickets can also be renewed in person at the following box office locations:
- Lee E. Williams Athletic and Assembly Center
- The Veterans Memorial Stadium
- (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

When do suites go on sale?
Suites for the 2025 season will go on sale starting March 1. For more information on how to purchase a suite, please call (601) 979-0845 or email the ticket office at jsuticketoffice@jsums.edu.
