Before Jackson State: Appeared in the season opening win over Monmouth for Florida Atlantic... Saw action versus Ohio... Had a busy night at Clemson with a 33-yard touchdown pass to Devin Price (going 1-for-1) and work on special teams not limited to a 25 yard kick return... Was targeted once and saw special teams action at Illinois... Was a part of the Owls' inaugural AAC game and victory over Tulsa... Part of a team win at Charlotte... Was part of the team's game ending kickoff return at UAB... During redshirt junior season in 2022, contributed to the Owls 43-13 season opening win over Charlotte both offensively and on special teams... Worked both special teams and on the offensive unit at Ohio... Collected three passes for a total of 42 yards and added a two yard run in the Owls 42-9 win over Southeastern Louisiana and added a solo tackle and a forced fumble to his resume... In 2020, entered the WKU game in the fourth quarter, his first game as a collegiate quarterback, and promptly led the Owls in a game-winning scoring drive with 60 yards on nine carries, including an 11-yard TD run and was 0-for-1 with an INT... Drew his first start under center in the 2020 Shula Bowl XIX versus FIU...tallied 182 yards on 18 carries and scored one TD versus FIU...set a program record for rushing yards by a quarterback, and had that record in the first half...4th most yards rushed by a C-USA quarterback and tops on the road...added a 10-16-0 passing performance with two TDs...Named to the FWAA Freshman Four for his performance... had the typical bumps in start two, but used his feet to change the outcome with 19 carries for 90 yards (gained 145 but lost 55 by sack), including a program long 70-yard run ending in a TD. It was the longest run by a QB in program history and is the longest by a C-USA quarterback. He added 203 yards passing on a 13 of 27 night, versus UMass... Drew the start at Georgia Southern and led the team in both passing and rushing was 7-15-2 on the night with 107 yards and carried the ball eight times for a total of 61 yards...
