Jordan Williams begins her third year as as assistant in the Internal Operations of Jackson State athletics, joining the staff in August 2023.
In her role, she assists with coordinating practice and game day set up, equipment, and team travel. She also assists in equipment distribution, fitting, equipment decal, as well as maintenance and repair of equipment. Williams plays a part in the daily operation and function of the athletic equipment room, while providing work direction to student workers in the department.
Williams also helps with storing and packing equipment, inventory management, and control.
Prior to her time at Jackson State, she served as a sales associate for Under Armour and was a graduate assistant (equipment) at Arkansas State. She has also served on the NFL Reese's Senior Bowl equipment staff.Â
Williams graduated Magna Cum Laude from Alcorn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Pre-Physical Therapy in 2021. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science degree in Sports Management at Jackson State.
