Before Jackson State (at DuPage/Western Illinois): Played in four games during junior season (2025) at Western Illinois... Did not record a tackle... During sophomore season (2024) at DuPage, appeared in 11 games for the NJCAA champions... Totaled 14 solo tackles, 2 assisted tackles... One interception, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery... As a freshman (2023), appeared in eight games.... Only reception of the season was a 58-yard TD from QB Robert Brazziel.

High School: Named school’s Male Athlete of the Year his senior season... Earned all-state honors in track and field his junior and senior seasons... Named all-area in basketball... Earned all-conference honors in football, basketball and track and field.

Personal: Son of Tonia Powell... Exercise science major.
