High School: Prepped at Noxubee County HS (Macon, Miss.) as an all-around athlete for the Tigers... As a senior, played quarterback, running back and wide receiver... Threw 79 passes with 35 completions for 567 yards and six touchdowns... Registered 19 carries for 120 yards and two touchdowns... Also caught four passes for 106 yards and a touchdown.
