2024-25: Outdoor - Ran for a new personal best in teh 3k steeple with a time of 10:38.08 at SWAC Championships...Posted a personal best in the 1,500 with a time of 4:05.60 at the Mike McMillan Twilight...Indoor - Competed in five meets during the season...Cross Country - earned a personal best in the 5k at the Tiger XC Invite finishing with a time of 18:06.2...Set a new personal best in the 8k at SWAC Championships clocking in at 28:35.9.

2024: Outdoor - Earned personal best in the 3000S with a 10:58.67 finish @ SWAC Outdoor T&F Championships…Recorded personal best in 1500 with a time of 4:07.48 @ Mississippi College Spring Cleaning Classic… Indoor - Recorded a personal best in the mile with a 4:28.78 time @ SWAC Indoor T&F Championships…Ran for personal best in the 800 with a time of 1:59.95 @ the Samford Bulldog Invite…Earned personal best in 3000 with time of 9:57.10 @ Samford January Invite 2024.

 2023: Cross Country - Recorded personal best in 8K at SWAC Cross Country Championships with a 29.58.9…Recorded personal best in 7K @ Warhawk Invitational finishing with 24:44.0…Recorded personal best in 5K @ THE OPENER: 2023 with 18:26.6.

Before Jackson State: Attended Fort Scott Community College(2022-23) and Highland Community College (2021-22). Earned KJCAA Conference and regional championship honors at Fort Scott.
