2024-25: Cross Country - Posted a new personal best in the 5k at SWAC Cross Country Championships, clocking in at 23:24.6... Indoor - Helped the 4x400 relay team finish in second place at the Samford Indoor Open with a time of 3:57.17... Outdoor - Recorded a first place finish in the 800-meter race at the Mike McMillan Twilighyt Invitational with a time of 2:24.22, a new personal best. 

2023-24: Cross Country - Recorded a personal best in the 6k at The Watson Collegiate Cross Country Classic with a time of 32:26.2...Ran for personal best in the 5k at SWAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:55.6...Indoor - Ran in six races with her best finish coming in the 400m at the 2023 MC Spring Cleaning Classic with a time of 1:01.42...Outdoor - Posted a personal-best time of 25.82 in the 200m at the Crimson Tide Invitational...Ran for a personal best of 59.00 in the 400m at the Georgia Tech Invitational. 

2022-23: Ran in eight races with her best finishes coming in the 400m at the 2023 MC Spring Cleaning Classic and the Louisiana Tech Jim Mize Inviational with times of 59.41 and 1:00.93 respectively. 

High School: Ran at Miami Northwestern Senior High School...State champion 2018-22. 

Personal: Daughter of Melva Cogdello...Majoring in Pre-Nursing.
