Dominique Jasmin-Pasley

Dominique Jasmin-Pasley assumed the role of Assistant Athletics Director for Internal Operations at Jackson State University in August 2021.

In her role, Jasmin-Pasley is tasked with supporting all aspects of equipment operations for all of Jackson State’s athletics teams, including administering equipment, acquisition, accountability of inventory, storage, customer service and distribution. She oversees the preparation and planning of equipment and laundry operations prior to the start of each season or event and she monitors operating expenses, including team equipment procurement, laundry, equipment maintenance and repair. She ensures compliance with NCAA rules pertaining to the operation of equipment.

Prior to joining JSU’s staff, Jasmin-Pasley served as Athletics Equipment Manager at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Tex. from 2017 until her appointment at Jackson State. There, she managed equipment orders for the program’s 18 teams, and she supervised a team of student equipment managers. Additionally, she organized the logistics for travel for the Panthers’ football team.
Jasmin-Pasley began work in the field of athletics equipment while matriculating at Prairie View A&M, working as a Student Equipment Manager for the program from 2014 to 2015 and then as Graduate Assistant Equipment Manager from 2015 to 2017. While at PVAMU, she also served as Head Student Athletics Trainer from 2010-2015.

Prior to receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health (May 2015) and a Master of Education degree in Health (May 2017), Jasmin-Pasley received several honors as a student, including Most Outstanding Equipment Manager (2016), Unsung Hero (2015) and Most Outstanding Athletics Trainer (2012 and 2015).

Jasmin-Pasley and her husband Jarett are the proud parents of one daughter, Nyla Pasley.
