Kavaughnya Glass became Stadium Ticket Manager for Jackson State University's Division of Athletics in December 2022. Regarded as a resolute and dynamic professional with a passion for sports management and a commitment to enhancing the fan experience, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of ticketing services for all of the University’s athletics events.
Glass’ expertise in ticketing operations is complemented by a deep understanding of event management, customer service, and sales strategies. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage high-volume ticket sales, coordinate with various departments, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As Stadium Ticket Manager, Glass is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticket sales and distribution to the appropriate fan bases, including managing relationships with season ticketholders, ensuring a high level of customer service, coordinating with marketing and promotional teams to drive ticket sales and attendance at athletics events, and implementing advanced ticketing systems and technologies to streamline operations and enhance the fan experience.
