Jackson State University

Taylor Jeanlewis joined the Jackson State University athletics staff in August of 2022.

Prior to joining Jackson State Athletics, Jeanlewis comes from Grambling State University where she was the Assistant Director of Athletic Communication and Digital Strategy. At GSU she oversaw sports information duties for volleyball, men’s basketball, softball, and bowling.

Before GSU, Jeanlewis served as a graduate assistant in sports information and Assistant Director of Marketing and Development at Southern University. In these roles, she was the primary sport contact for volleyball, tennis, bowling, and softball. She also oversaw the Lacumba Kids Club and Jags Unlimited.
 
While in college, Jeanlewis was a news and sports writer for the Southern Digest. She also interned for the Sun Belt Conference under the Associate Commissioner of Strategic Communications.
 
Taylor is a graduate of Southern University and A&M College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Marketing. She is currently working toward her Master's in Business Administration at Southern University.
