Thomas Williams II joined Jackson State Athletics serving as an Athletics Academic Advisor in the fall of 2023.
Prior to JSU, Williams served as a McLendon Minority Leadership Initiative fellow for the University of Georgia Athletic Association. There he supported Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts for the athletic association and oversaw the student-athlete DEI committee.
Williams earned his Bachelor of Business Administration as well as his Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. He is a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete
Development Professionals(N4A), Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) and a member of the NFL/NCAA Administrators Academy 2023 cohort.
