"I think the players have been immense. They have dealt brilliantly with the conditions of the pitch, and played some nice futbol which is anything but easy considering how wet the field was. We've managed to be clinical in the attacking third and we put up another clean sheet, 500 plus minutes without conceding a goal and I think Brynn, Megan, Caiah, Syd and Pernille deserve a lot of credit there. I'm not sure people watching match understand how hard it is as keeper to not see a lot of action and then make one insane full stretch save, so huge credit to Thea. The defending again was top shelf. I would have liked a bit more energy in the first half but I thought our movement in the second half was much better and Ana did a nice job linking up play, holding the ball and looking to slip passes in. Sage and Patti covered a lot of ground and Alexis served more high quality balls in. I thought Jalah, Rayvn, Gwen and Alessia took their chances well and now we move onto a massive match to end the regular season. As a staff we set the environment and just get out of the way and allow the players to express themselves. We have guaranteed that we finish conference play with a winning record and we are very happy about that."
