JACKSON, Miss. - Jackson State handled business in an 87-70 victory against Mississippi Valley State Saturday to improve to 8-7 on SWAC play.

The Tigers spoiled Lindsey Hunter's return to Jackson as Valley fell to 2-26 overall and 2-14 in conference play.

Four Tigers scored double-digits with Tristan Jarrett finishing with 27 points and nine rebounds.

Jayveous McKinnis went off in the paint, scoring 11 points and dominating the boards with 20 rebounds.
