Tiger Conclude 2024 Campaign in SWAC Championship Match

GRAMBLING, La.| The Jackson State volleyball team lost Sunday as the Florida A&M Rattlers posted a four set (23-25, 23-25, 25-8, 15-25) victory at the Fredrick C Hobdy Assembly Center.

The non-conference loss moved Jackson State to 19-11 on the season.

The Tigers offense was paced by Hope Briggs, who finished with 11 kills on the day while accumulating a hitting percentage of .296. Nyjha Marcelin added 11 and Jayden James chipped in with 10 as part of a balanced Jackson State attack. Defensively, had four players reach double figures in digs, highlighted by Naija Gadis' 16, 15 from Alexis Williams, and 13 more from Karys Dove.
