NEW ORLEANS, La.| The Jackson State men's tennis team concluded its season in the SWAC Title matchup against No. 1 seed Alabama State Sunday afternoon at the City Park Tennis Center. The Tigers fell in the matchup 4-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• After falling behind in doubles action, the Tigers sought out to redeem themselves in singles. The Hornets sealed three singles matches to secure the victory.
• Carlos Castillo and Federick Pickenstainer were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Singles

• Gokalp Ayar fell to Alexandre Verlaguet 6-3, 6-1.
• Ching Chang Chiu lost to Lun Obrul 6-1, 6-2.
• Carlos Castillo fell 6-4, 6-2.

Doubles

• Raul Centeno and Ching Chang Chiu fell to David Grandinot and Sam Bajaracharya, 6-0
• Federick Pickenstainer and Carlos Castillo fell to Matis Amier and Alexandre Verlaguet, 6-3.
