CHICAGO, Ill. | Jackson State had three players finish in the top-15 for the first time this season, finishing fifth overall with a 78-over (654) at the Windy City Classic Invitational at Harborside International on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tigers finished just nine shots out of fourth behind Southern Indiana (69-over/645) and 12 shots out of the top three behind Eastern Illinois (66-over/642) by shooting the third best round of the day on Tuesday with a 34-over (322). Isabella Christy finished tied for sixth in the tournament with an 11-over (155), and she was followed by Maddy Beeching at 16-over (160) in 12th place. Jannel Calixterio rounded out the top 15 for Jackson State on the day with an 18-over (162) to finish tied for 14th.
