TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Jackson State dropped game two of its series against Florida A&M 11-1 on Saturday afternoon.

Jackson State (16-13, 4-7 SWAC) was held to three hits by Garrett Workman with Joseph Eichelberger finished 2-for-3. Meanwhile, Stevins Spurgeon Jr. (2-1) suffered the loss in the start working 3.1 innings and alllowing seven runs on eight hits with five strikeouts. Nkosi Didder worked the final 2.2 innings for Jackson State.

• 5th inning - Poppell out at second p to 1b to ss, picked off; Crews scored, Florida A&M 8-0.
• 6th inning - Ethan Miller flied out to cf, SF, RBI; Campbell scored., Florida A&M 9-0.
• 7th inning - Darwin Gregg grounded out to 1b unassisted, RBI; Eichelberger advanced to third; Jordan McCladdie scored, Florida A&M 9-1.
• 7th inning - Brown homered to left field, 2 RBI; Niles scored, Florida A&M 11-1.
