JACKSON, Miss.| The Jackson State women's soccer team ran into a hot North Dakota squad Friday afternoon at the JSU Soccer Field, dropping a 5–0 decision.
The Fighting Hawks (5–0) wasted no time taking control, scoring three times in the opening 27 minutes. Amelia Loeffler opened the scoring in the 15th minute off a corner, followed quickly by a strike from Yui Fujii in the 19th. Brynn Belcher capped the first-half surge with a finish in the 27th to put North Dakota firmly ahead 3–0.
Jackson State (1–4) regrouped at halftime and created chances—including a penalty kick in the 59th minute by Caylah Williams that was denied by North Dakota keeper Grace Miller. The Fighting Hawks extended their lead with second-half goals from Carly Brimhall in the 60th minute and Natalie Enderle in the 80th, both assisted by Cora Ellermann.

- Goalkeeper Valentina Goodloe worked 76 minutes, making five saves against 17 shots before giving way to Taylor Osborn.
- Williams generated two shots on goal and earned the penalty opportunity, while Sarah Portis, Malayah Nuestro, and Alayla Jackson also tested the UND goalkeeper.
- JSU finished with nine total shots and six on target but was turned away each time.
- UND's Loeffler, Fujii, Belcher, Brimhall, and Enderle each tallied goals.
- Ellermann dished out two second-half assists.
