FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. | JaCobian Morgan was named HBCU National co-Player of the Week (Christian Peters). after he completed 21-of-31 passes (68 percent) for 337 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions as the Tigers defeated Southern 38-13 before a crowd of 27,487 in Baton Rouge (La.).

His touchdown passes were for 51 yards (Ja'Naylon Dupree) and 82 yards (Nate Rembert).

Morgan will be highlighted on the nationally syndicated sports talk show BOXTOROW with Donal Ware which airs on radio stations across the country including WJSU in Jackson, and outside of the U.S. in The Bahamas and British Virgin Islands.
