JACKSON, Miss.| Jackson State announced its 2026 volleyball schedule Friday morning. The schedule includes 14 non-conference matchups and nine home games.
Jackson State wrapped up the 2025 season with a 13-14 overall record and 12-4 in SWAC play.
 
The Tigers will open the 2026 campaign at the Austin Peay Tournament in Clarksville, Tennessee, facing Kansas City, Austin Peay (Aug. 28), and UT Martin (Aug. 29).
Jackson State will continue non-conference action in the North Alabama Tournament, taking on North Alabama and UT Martin (Sept. 4) and closing out with UT Chattanooga (Sept. 5).
 
JSU will travel to Natchitoches, La. for a weekday matchup with Northwestern State (Sept. 8).
 
The Tigers will then compete in the Southern Miss Tournament in Hattiesburg, opening the action with Houston Christian (Sept. 11), Lamar, and Southern Miss (Sept. 12).

The navy and white will take a trip to Lafayette, La. for the Ragin' Cajuns Classic, taking on UT Arlington, Mississippi State (Sept. 18) and Louisiana (Sept. 19) to close out the non-conference slate.
 
Jackson State will open SWAC play at home against Prairie View A&M (Sept. 25) and Texas Southern (Sept. 27) before visiting Itta Bena to face Mississippi Valley State (Sept. 30).
 
JSU will return to the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center to host Bethune-Cookman (Oct. 2) and Florida A&M (Oct. 4). The Tigers will open a four-game road trip starting with Alcorn State (Oct. 9) and Southern University (Oct. 11) and concluding with Alabama A&M (Oct. 16) and Alabama State (Oct. 18).
 
Jackson State will host five matches in a row at the AAC beginning with Grambling State (Oct. 30) and Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Nov. 1). The Tigers will meet up with Mississippi Valley (Nov. 4) for a midweek matchup and round out its home stretch for the season against Alabama A&M (Nov. 9) and Alabama State (Nov. 8).
 
JSU will close out the regular season with a Florida road swing, taking on Bethune-Cookman (Nov. 13) and Florida A&M (Nov. 15).
  
The 2026 SWAC Volleyball Tournament will be held Nov. 20-Nov. 22 in Montgomery, Ala.
