BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Three Tigers earned SWAC Weekly Honors after standout performances over the weekend. The Tigers defeated Austin Peay, 3-1 and Middle Tennessee, 4-1 at home Friday and Sunday.

Ryanne Hawthorn-Harper was tabbed SWAC Offensive Player of the Week after leading Jackson State with one goal in each game and an assist to against MTSU.

Makayla Sturkey earned SWAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after anchoring the Tigers' defense and even recording a team save over the weekend.

Taylor Osborn was named SWAC Goalkeeper of the week for notching 23 total saves on the weekend, eight against Austin Peay and 15 versus Middle Tennessee. Osborn only allowed two goals across both matches.
