Meagan Dixon

Meagan Dixon joined the JSU softball program in the fall of 2018.
 
Dixon, a Moreno Valley, California native was both the 2014 Southwestern Athletic Conference Player and Hitter of the Year while earning first-team all-conference honors at the Alabama State University.
 
Dixon hit .476 with 14 home runs and 52 RBI and also led the conference in on-base percentage (.544), runs scored (52), and total bases (118), and was tied for second in hits (59). Dixon tied for third in doubles (13) and stole 15 bases in 17 attempts.
 
Dixon received NCAA Honors in 2014, being ranked fifth in the nation in batting average, eighth in RBI per game, and 10th in on-base percentage against top Division I programs.
 
Dixon completed her stellar four-year hitting .394 with 31 home runs and 149 RBIs, and still leads ASU in career home runs. In 2015, Dixon began pursuing her MBA at Holy Names University in Oakland, Calif., where she served as graduate assistant.
