JACKSON, Miss. – The Jackson State men's and women's tennis teams opened its season versus Jacksonville State Friday afternoon at the Jackson State Tennis Center.
 
The women's team narrowly dropped a 4-3 decision, while the men's squad came up short by a score of 6-1.
