JACKSON, Miss.| The Jackson State University women's soccer team fell at home to Southeastern Louisiana Friday afternoon, 3-0.
The Tigers and the Lions ran a close race with shots as Southeastern outshot JSU by one, 9-8. Goalkeeper, Tionna Taylor, played 68 minutes recording four saves on the day. Maya-Joy Thompson registered four shots on goal. Annalise Brunson shot once in the first half. Alexes Sanchez also shot once in the second half. Yayira Ahortor attempted to score three times in the second half of the game.

The Lady Tigers return to the JSU Soccer Field on Sunday for a match-up against Jacksonville State. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
