JACKSON, Miss.| The Jackson State soccer team got a shutout victory over Prairie View A&M at home Friday afternoon at the JSU Soccer Field. The Tigers got a pair of goals from Kendyl Terrell in a 2-0 win.
 
How it Happened
Jackson State (6-7-0, 5-0-0 SWAC) grabbed a 1-0 lead when Terrell notched her sixth goal of the season in the 32nd minute, assisted by Maya-Joy Thompson. The Tigers increased their lead to 2-0 on a goal from Terrell in the 46th minute, assisted by Karime Antonio Lopez. The goal ended the scoring in the match.

• Jordan Hamilton collected one save for the Tigers out of four total Panthers' shots.
• Jackson State put nine shots on goal.
• Kendyl Terrell led the Tigers in scoring as she scored both goals on the day.
