Tigers Fall in Five to Alabama A&M

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. The Jackson State volleyball team fell to the Alabama A&M Bulldogs Friday on the road Friday evening at Elmore Gymnasium. The Tigers dropped the five-set decision 3-2 (18-25, 14-25, 25-14, 25-14, 10-15).

Jackson State (14-11, 10-5 SWAC) was led by a double-double from Alexis Williams, who registered 16 kills and 13 digs on the night. Hope Briggs also added nine kills to help the attack. On the defensive end, Trinity Bryant chipped in with 17 digs to go with seven blocks from Jordan Jones.
