TUSCALOOSA, Ala.| The Jackson State softball team opened play in the Tuscaloosa Regional of the NCAA Softball Championship Tournament Friday evening against host team Alabama. The Tigers fell 8-0 in five innings.
Brooklyn Morris (13-9) started and took the loss in the circle for Jackson State .
