LEXINGTON, Ky. | Sedgwrick Pitts Jr. wrapped up his season on Thursday night at the NCAA Division I East First Round, ending the 200-meter dash with a 36th-place finish.
Pitts, the lone representative for the Tigers at NCAA Regionals, competed in the fifth heat during the opening round at the University of Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field Facility.
After qualifying with a time of 20.63 in the Georgia Tech Invitational back in April, the Tyler, Texas native finished sixth in his heat, clocking in at 20.97 to close the 2026 track and field season and athletic year for Jackson State.
