Alabama State Narrowly Defeats Jackson State

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Jackson State's men's tennis fell to Alabama State, 4-2 Saturday afternoon on the University Courts.

  2. Chris Andre (ASU) def. Tomas Torres (JSU) 6-3 and 6-1.
  3. Alexis Collard (ASU) Fritz Jacobs (JSU) 6-3 and 6-1.
  4. Lebelo Mosehle (JSU) def. Tomas Fernandez (ASU) in a tiebreaker, 7-6. Fernandez def. Mosehle in the first match, 6-3. Mosehle def. Fernandez in the second match, 6-1.
  5. Juan Rodriguez (ASU) def. Juan Soria (JSU) in a tiebreaker, 6-2. Rodriguez def. Soria in the first match, 6-2. Soria def Rodriguez in the second match, 7-6.
