RUSTON, La - The Jackson State men's and women's cross country team is set to participate in the LA Tech Mook 4 tomorrow in Ruston, Louisiana. 

This is the third meet of the season for the Tigers after participating in the MC Season Opener at Mississippi College and the North Alabama Invitational. 

The Tigers will hit the Tech Farm trails at 8:30 a.m.
