JONESBORO, Ark. – The Jackson State concluded play in the Arkansas State Tournament with its second win over a nationally-ranked team.
After losing the first three matches on Saturday, Jackson State ended the day with wins over Tusculum 944-850, and #17 Central Missouri 878-855, its sixth win of the season over a nationally-ranked team.
The Lady Tigers finished Sunday with two wins over Alabama A&M to end the tournament which featured 11 of the nation's Top 25 teams.
JSU returns to action March 3-5 in the TNBA/HBCU Invitational in Atlanta, Ga.
