JACKSON, Miss. | Jackson State released the 2024-25 women's tennis schedule on Wednesday,with the Lady Tigers set to compete in two tournaments, two SWAC Pods and 25 total matches in the regular season.
 
Jackson State begins their 2024-25 campaign with HBCU Nationals on Sept. 19-22. Following HBCU Nationals, the Lady Tigers head to Huntsville, Ala., to compete in the SWAC Fall Tournament on Oct. 4-5.
 
Resuming play in the new year, the Lady Tigers play three in-state matches in a week span, hosting two of them. They host Stephen F. Austin (9-11 last season) Feb. 1 at home, then travel to Clinton to face Mississippi College (15-9 last season) on Feb. 7 and finish the week against Southeastern Louisiana (9-12 last season) at home on Feb. 8.
 
The Lady Tigers go on a four-match road trip including matchups against Nicholls (7-14 last season) on Feb. 14, Minnesota (11-13 last season) on Feb. 16, North Alabama (15-8 last season) on Feb. 22 and New Orleans (8-9 last season) on Feb. 26. After the road trip, they return home to host two matches against Delta State (2-6 last season) and ULM (1-20 last season) on Feb. 28 and March 1 respectively.
 
The SWAC Pod I features three matches against the Prairie View A&M Panthers, Southern Jaguars (7-10 last season) and defending SWAC champion Alabama State Hornets (14-9 last season) on March 7-9.
 
The Lady Tigers pause conference play to head back to New Orleans for a one-match road trip against Xavier (19-6 last season) on March 22 and return home for a March 23 matchup against Co-Lin (12-6 last season). 

Conference play resumes as the Lady Tigers compete against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats (3-16 last season) and the Florida A&M Rattlers (10-9 last season) on March 28-29. Mississippi Valley State (0-15 last season) is their matchup in the SWAC Pod II on March 30.
 
They close out the regular season hosting two matches against the Alabama A&M Bulldogs (6-12 last season) and the Jacksonville State Gamecocks (12-8 last season) on April 5 and April 8. SWAC Championships will be held in New Orleans April 18-20.
