HOUSTON, Texas | The Jackson State golf programs head to Houston for the two-day Tiger Classic hosted by Texas Southern at Clear Creek Golf Club beginning on Sunday morning.

Clear Creek Golf Club in Houston features a beautifully maintained 18-hole, par-72 championship course that delivers an enjoyable yet engaging round for golfers of all abilities. Designed by Finger, Dye & Spann and stretching nearly 6,800 yards from the tips, the layout showcases water hazards on multiple holes, strategic bunkering, and tree-lined fairways set amid the lush surroundings of Tom Bass Park - all presented in some of the best-conditioned playing surfaces in South Houston. The course delivers an enjoyable yet engaging challenge for golfers of every ability and is often regarded as one of South Houston's best-conditioned courses. 

On the men's side, Jackson State will compete against Texas Southern (host), Alabama A&M, and Southern. Meanwhile, on the women's side, Jackson State will compete against Texas Southern (host), Southern, and Blinn.
