JACKSON, Miss. | The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) series opener scheduled for Friday night (May 1) against Alcorn State has been postponed due to the forecasted weather expected throughout the day on Friday.

Jackson and Alcorn State will play the opener at 3 p.m. on Saturday (regularly scheduled time). The remainder of the series will be announced tomorrow.
