BIRMINGHAM, Ala.| The Southwestern Athletic Conference has tabbed Jackson State women's tennis athlete Paula Arcarons SWAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week. 

Arcarons was outstanding for the Tigers during their matchup against UNO. She competed in doubles (5-4 UNF) and also defeated her opponent, 6-3, 4-6, 6-1 during singles action.

The Tigers are back in action Saturday at the JSU Tennis Center playing host to Millsaps College and Mississippi Valley State. First serve is set for 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
