Jackson, MS - Jackson State Track and Field Program currently has student athletes ranked on the NCAA 2023 Outdoor Qualifying List.
Shawn Collins is ranked 7th for 100 meter dash and ranked 5th for 200 meter dash in the national qualifying list. In the Jim Mize Invitational, he set personal best for both events with a time of 10.39 seconds in the 100 meter dash and 20.89 seconds in the 200 meter dash.
Ivan Donldson Jr. is ranked 30th on the national qualifying list for the 400 meter hurdles. In the Spring Cleaning Classic, he set a personal best with 54.54 seconds to land him on the list.
Marquenin Barnes is ranked 13th out of 50th in the national qualifying list for 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:34.95 seconds.
Jackson State 4x100 Relay is ranked 15th out of the 50th on the national qualifying list with a time of 40.81 seconds.
Jackson State Men's 4x400 is ranked 14th out of the 50th on the national qualifying list with a time of 3:15.44 seconds.
Shawn Hawkins is ranked 16th out of 50th on the national qualifying list. In the Jim Mize Invite, he set a personal best 2.00 meter in high jump. Hawkins finished 28th out of 50th on the indoor national qualifying list.
