Box Score NEW ORLEANS, La. | Jackson State dropped a 6-1 non-conference match to No. 72 Tulane on the road Friday afternoon.

Jackson State (9-6) was able to pick up a win at number three singles where Paula Corbalan picked up a 6-4, 2-6, 10-3 tiebreaker for the lone point on the afternoon. They narrowly missed another point at number four singles where Zofia Dziewiecka dropped a close 4-6, 6-3, 10-7 match.

Tulane (10-6) was able to jump ahead with the doubles point with wins at number one and number two before pulling away in singles.
