JACKSON, Miss. | Jackson State swept its match with Delta State, winning 7-0 to close out the regular season at the JSU Tennis Courts on Saturday.
Jackson State started the match out on top 2-0 with Delta State giving up matches at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles. The point was clinched with a 7-5 victory at No. 2 singles after falling at the top spot. In singles play, Jackson State won each of its matches in straight sets except at No. 2 where
Zeina Shaaban won her match in three sets to send the Tigers out with a win on Senior Day.
