NEW ORLEANS, La. | Jackson State fell to the Privateers on the road on Wednesday afternoon. 

New Orleans (5-2) won the doubles point, despite the Jackson State duo of Jhoan Vaquero and Fabrizio Fallas extending their match to a 5-7 decision. 

In singles competition, Federico Pickenstainer bounced back from a 0-6 first set to nearly force a tiebreaker before dropping the second set 6-7. Fallas and Ching Chang Chiu had identical decisions at 4-6, 1-6 at number six and number three respectively.
