JACKSON, Miss - Looking to intensify off an effective unprecedented spring, the Jackson State women's soccer program announced its schedule for the upcoming fall season. 

The Lady Tigers have 19 regular season matches on the docket along with two exhibition games, with 12 matches to be played at the JSU Soccer Field. 

JSU will play two road contests to begin the season as they will travel to McNesse State on Aug. 19 and Jacksonville State Aug. 22. The Lady Tigers will then host six non-conference games beginning with Lamar Aug. 29, Troy Sept. 2, Southern Mississippi Sept. 5, Oral Roberts Sept. 9, and Houston Sept. 12. To round out the non-conference matches, JSU will travel to North Alabama Sep. 17 and Mercer Sep. 19. 

Southwestern Athletic Conference play starts Sept. 24 with the Lady Tigers hosting Prairie View followed by Texas Southern on Sept. 26 before a road trip to Grambling State and UAPB. JSU has nine SWAC matches on the schedule with home dates also scheduled against Alcorn State Oct. 8, Mississippi Valley Oct. 10, Alabama State Oct. 22, Alabama A&M Oct. 24, and Southern Oct. 29

The SWAC Conference Tournament will be held Nov. 4-7 in Prairie View, Texas at the PVAMU Soccer Complex.
