MACON, Ga - The Jackson State women's soccer team is set tot travel to Macon, Georgia to take on Mercer for the final non-conference tune up before conference play begins. 

This matchup will mark the first ever meeting between the two programs. 

The Lady Tigers are coming off of a hard fought battle against North Alabama where they fell short 3-2. 

Mercer is led by Mackenzie Gassie who has recorded seven points with three goals on the season. \

The away game will be a good opportunity for Jackson State to gain confidence both on the road and as an offensive unit against a team that has only allowed 6 goals on the season.

Kick-off is set for 12 p.m. at Betts Stadium
